The pool is heated year-round, with no additional fee needed.

Please note that certain amenities are available only during specific times of the year.

Pool Room Garage Doors
The pool room garage doors are operational from April 1 through November 30 and are disconnected during the winter season from December 1 through March 31.

Outdoor Wood-Burning Fireplace
The outdoor wood-burning fireplace is available for use from October through April.

The road is well-maintained but steep in some sections, which is typical for mountain developments with elevated views.

Please be aware that wildlife populations including black bears are high in the area (particularly March-October), and we kindly remind families to keep a close eye on children, avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

The Smoky Mountains are also home to large seasonal populations of ladybugs, and it’s common for a few to make their way indoors. They’re harmless, don’t affect food, and aren’t a sign of a cleanliness issue. If you spot any, they can simply be vacuumed and may appear again during certain times of year.

Basic Supplies
This home is stocked with a starter supply of toilet paper, detergent, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, makeup wipes, and soap. These items will not be replenished once they run out.

Additional supplies can be purchased from nearby shops, and Instacart delivers to this property.

Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms to help keep the space clean. If furniture is moved during your stay, please return it to its original position before departure.

Additional Services
Additional services can be arranged to enhance your stay, including onsite massage services, a private chef experience, and grocery delivery. If you’d like help coordinating any of these services, feel free to reach out to Wander Concierge through the app.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

If you are planning a stay with us during the winter months, we strongly recommend arriving in a 4WD vehicle, as roads leading to the property may be slippery or snow-covered during this time. Ensuring your vehicle is equipped to handle winter conditions and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
