Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

Please be aware that wildlife populations including black bears are high in the area (particularly March-October), and we kindly remind families to keep a close eye on children, avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

The Smoky Mountains are also home to large seasonal populations of ladybugs, and it’s common for a few to make their way indoors. They’re harmless, don’t affect food, and aren’t a sign of a cleanliness issue. If you spot any, they can simply be vacuumed and may appear again during certain times of year.

This is a pet-friendly home, with up to two dogs allowed. To adhere to the Good Neighbor Policy, please remember to keep your pets on a leash when outdoors and clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, on indoor or outdoor furniture, or in spa facilities.

Basic Supplies
This home is stocked with a starter supply of toilet paper, detergent, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, makeup wipes, and soap. These items will not be replenished once they run out.

Additional supplies can be purchased from nearby shops, and Instacart delivers to this property.

Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms to help keep the space clean. If furniture is moved during your stay, please return it to its original position before departure.

Additional Services

If you are planning a stay with us during winter, we strongly recommend arriving in an all-wheel-drive vehicle, as roads leading to the property may be steep and slippery during this time. Ensuring your vehicle is equipped to handle winter conditions and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
